Consider the Wildflowers

Quarantine Examen

Connected completely
Yet, absolutely disconnected.

I feel the pulling in different directions.
The longing for more communion
yet all I have are endless interruptions.
Do you feel it too?

One minute pause.
One deep breath.

A step into nature
gazing over the beauty
The wildflowers dance
Reminding me
I am not forgotten.

Un examen en cuarentena.
Conectados por completo.
Y aun absolutamente desconectados.

Siento el estiro hacia direcciones diferentes
Anélo más comunión
Pero solo hay interrupciones
Lo sientes también?

Una pausa un minuto
Un respiro profundo

Un paso afuera
Miro toda la belleza
La flor silvestre baila
Recordándome no soy olvidada.
~dfd

And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin,  yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

Matthew 6:28-30

Come over for tea with me!

Because community starts within your home I have created some conversation cards to encourage a richer time around the table with your family. A simple but very intentional way to be fully present right now. Find how you can join me monthly for tea here and get access to this download.
